Using Manovega’s patented Vega Engine, Maritime Vessels can now capitalize on the presence of several different networks in the same vicinity by ‘bonding’ or aggregating such lines, enabling an IP connection fueled by the presence of multiple networks.

Whether they be VSAT, WiMAX, or 3G, the Vega Engine intelligently detects the networks in the area and combines them all together for a robust and infallible IP pipe with virtually no downtime.

Vessel operators can choose to give certain lines priority, or choose an intelligent mix that will maximize speeds or minimize costs; the result is a dynamic switching system that provides greater bandwidth, reliability, seamless mobility, failover capabilities and much more, all at a lower cost.

Being software based, the solution does not require the adoption of expensive new hardware and can be implemented within a matter of hours.

Bandwidth Aggregation
Bond multiple channels from different mediums all into a virtual pipe. No technical integration hassles; the bonded pipe appears just as a regular Internet application to all computers, servers, and applications.

Seamless Switching

Transparent Failover
